83e63ff854 Improve the reproducible build process. 
* Moved stuff into it's own `reproducible-builds` directory.
* Improved reproducible build by using a debian snapshot and more clearly listing dependencies.
* Removed signing from assembleReelase.
* Updated README.

b1057d63a1 Lint. 
- Check for permissions.
- Fix Welsh positional format.
- Remove UIThread restriction.
- Asynchronous method does not need to be restricted to UIThread and there is no StaticFieldLeak to suppress.
- Fix or Ignore New API errors.
- Reduce severity of some errors from L10N.

c38a8aa699 Migrate to Curve25519. 
1) Generate a Curve25519 identity key.

2) Use Curve25519 ephemerals and identities for v2 3DHE agreements.

3) Initiate v2 key exchange messages.

4) Accept v1 key exchange messages.

5) TOFU Curve25519 identities.

1c8f8666ba Make the switch to gradle! 
1) ABS is now published as an AAR, so we can eliminate all local
   dependencies and bundled jars.

2) Upgrade to ABS 4.4.0 (The Last Release) and deal with the loss
   of Sherlock.Dialog by faking it with our own themes.

3) Remove all traces of ant. The modern world is here.
