Renamed the GEOSZP segment to EXTZP since it is now standard for all

Browse source 
targets.
Renamed geoszp.s -> extzp.s.
Removed empty GEOSZP segment from crt0.s since runtime/zeropage.s does now
contain such an empty decl.
