Cleanup port defintions
...
- Replace explicit display methods with data-driven stuff.
- Deduplicate the default system port types.
- Remove generic_port_* because those aren't used in more than one place.
Serialization/Deserialization can't be made data-driven due to performance
constraints (those things are still autogenerated).
