* Include powerups to fitness calculation. (as antagonist to the damage counter)
* Give bonus for received 1-Ups.
* Option to start with specific powerup.

Added BizhawkDir variable to config for easier setup. Changed absolute paths (C:/Users/..) to use BizhawkDir from config file.
